Design an intelligence-driven dashboard that surfaces the right insights at the right time — reducing time-to-decision for L&D and HR teams.

A unified, AI-augmented dashboard giving real-time visibility into learning KPIs, skill development, and proactive re-engagement nudges.
Four Modules,
One Intelligent Dashboard
Each module was designed around a specific decision — not a data type. The question driving every design choice was: what does the user need to do next, and how do we make that obvious?
Problem
Managers had no at-a-glance summary — every insight required drilling into separate reports.
User Insight
"I need to open 4 different tabs just to see what's going on with my team's learning this week."
Solution
A unified summary card showing active learners, course completions, hours logged, and engagement trends — all in one view with weekly/monthly toggles and team vs. individual drill-down.
Problem
No visibility into which skills were underdeveloped across teams — L&D had to manually analyse performance data to find gaps.
User Insight
